90's Print Skater Skirt by Southern Lady women's flannel side to side is 15A 90's skater skirt with broomstick elastic waist and full cut. The print is Victorian tapestry in reds, golds, greens and blues. The fabric is polyester but it has a cotton blend feel. The label reads, "Southern Lady". It's sized a 1x but will fit a large, measuring 32" to 36" around the waist. The length is 19". Excellent condition (appears never worn). Hand or gentle machine wash. Size Large. Catalog # 6566
